OK, we've agreed on the 43 million shares. To me the financing sways each share comes with 1.425 warraqnts with each warant converitble into one shars. So the 43 million shares will permit conversion into 43*1.425 shars which is 61 million shares for a totasl of 104 million shars. Plus the 15 overallocation or an additional 5.6 milloin for a grand total of 119.6 million.
