The last several analysts have called it Speculative Buy with one year targets ranging from .35 to .70 It's a question of probablities. I'd put the chancds of Billons inj the ten to fifteen percent range the same as for it being worth hlaf of what it is today. Likely it will be somewhre in between in two or three years.
If you can afford to lose your investment, then discuss it further with your son. If not, pick something safer.
And you are right to call traersam a poor salsman. Only in February he called for a share price of $5.00 "soon". He has wildly optimistic expecxtations. It's true the company has great potential but in the technology space new solutions and competitors could come aong and surprise us all.
