You need to read the whole article. It's not conected to a pc because it doesn't need a PC to do what other VR systems do. It's the defintion of standalone VR. The games are downloaded to the unit the way apps are downloaded to phones or computers. Then it does the rest on its own. Keep reading and you'll ge it.
