RE:RE:No one answers the phone in San Jose or Markham

Got a call back from San Jose.
The employee who set up the billing account has left the company. Whenn they call the hosting service hey are being asked for some billing acount number which they can't find. They're now trying to locate the exployee to try to get the missing number to get back on line.
