RE:RE:Could be that the TERMS SHEET is pretty ugly???Im assuming you are referencing situations like MMCAP. They saved Spectra7s bacon from default on the last line. I cant see them being too frilled with the investment they made at the time. If a solid relationship was made, access to money wouldnt be a issue. Mind you.... maybe they would just want a unreasonable piece of the company. I really cant see Maggs and Antonen being too happy with their position getting diluted down every year. But then again who is. My risk tolerance is abnormally high compared to the average aggressive investor. At this stage/ price.....I actually asked myself whats really going on here? There are always sharks swimming in the water. Why hasnt the feeding frenzy occurred yet? Does one take 50-100k for a nice chunk of the business and try to nibble at these prices? Or just drop it on black and ride the train for a couple of stops! I just cant believe I said 50-100 would buy a nice position.
