Herded into a corner...That’s kind of the feeling I have right now with a few weeks left for some kind of formal announcement of the short term fate of the Company!!<br /> <br /> All the little share holders huddled up and hoping the Mean Old Putty Tat doesn’t pounce, as we are basically defenseless as to what management decides to do here!<br /> <br /> There are several short term possible outcomes:<br /> <br /> 1. Indeed the Company could be very easily taken private. If so, there would have to be some sort of fair valuation given to the Company! What that is who knows, but I would think a minimum of 5x current market value would be something around .20-.25 cents! ( I always try to guess conservative)<br /> They do owe a convertible $15 million not due in January of 2021, so this would have to be part of the potential deal) Also a lot of investors would be under water if this were to occur at this price level!<br /> <br /> 2. A deal could be made with one of their cable partners to take down a piece of the company today and possibly lead to a full acquisition a little later if the timing is too tight right now!<br /> <br /> 3. An out right purchase of the Company is not out of the question, but probably not likely at this time.<br /> Mid 2020 they would get a much higher valuation as the sales and customers should be in full swing at this time.<br /> <br /> 4. They could also simply close a financing deal leveraged by their patent portfolio.<br /> <br /> What bothers me is they waited so long to react to the need of funding, or so it seems and then say they “need another 30 days to review the terms” of the deal??<br /> <br /> Really? This sounds odd to me and throws up a red flag!!!<br /> <br /> 5. There is also a chance the Company cannot obtain financing, however they have announced the need to review the TERMS!<br /> <br /> Just a miserable wait, but that doesn’t constitute a miserable outcome! The Fat Lady has been rehearsing for quite a while now but has not come on stage to perform the Final rendition!<br /> <br /> This little Company has so much valuable technology and don’t think for a minute that management of these big Data Center operators and users aren’t aware that S7 Acc cables can save them millions of dollars annually on their electrical consumption, are thinner, faster and cost less than any other competing product on the market today and probably for the foreseeable future!!!<br /> <br /> I am not waving the white towel just yet!!!<br /> <br /> All of this nonsense above is just one person thinking out loud and has almost zero factual basis other than pure SPECULATION and possibilities!!!<br /> <br /> 3 weeks or less I guess we will understand our fate))))<br /> <br /> glta<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
