Idiots like Tradersam99 pumping this thing all the way down from .50 which it will never see again. Encouraging the less savy investors to pile in. Hey every down day was a buying opportunity. Some people lost real money in this scam.
With a market cap of 8.75 million this thing could be purchased for a song and still nobody wants it. If they reprice the PP how many more shares will they need to issue to get 7 million bucks. The loan / financing part is contingent on the PP being closed first and while it was not stated as such, it is also contingent on the Q2 earnings release and market reaction.
Some have stated that the SP is too low to even selling isn't worth it, however there are some who claim to have more than a million shares. At least that is 35K at today's closing. It can be put to work and maybe get some of it back over time in another investment.
