I'm actually very surprised you would write this, Waterdirect. This has nothiong to do with Spectra7 technology. Valve did not say they are having issues with the Single Cable on their Index VR headset.

They had issues with Nvidia's Virtualink. The Spectra7 chips are located on the OTHER end of the cable, where it connects to the headset.

There also is NO LACK of interest in the Valve headset itsef. It sold out in minutes, then went to an August shipping date...sold out Again...went to a September shipping date...sold out AGAIN, and is now on backorder.

And, like Jackthebear said, VR is a Small portion of Spectra7's future...data centers are Everything!
