RE:RE:Roll back
Reverse Splits, or what you guys call "rollbakcs," are only a negative thing if the underlying coompany has no intrinsic value.
I get it...when a crappy, scam company does a reverse split, the stock will usually drop back down to its pre-split price.
But, in the case of a REAL company, it will always be valued based on total Market Cap. The number of shares is completely irrevelant. You can have one share or one billion shares...a REAL company will ALWAYS be valued on Total Market Cap
With ONE share, a company worth one Billion dollars will have its share priced at One Billion Dollars.
With One Billion shares, a One Billion dollar company will have its shares valued at One Dollar each.
This is ALWAYS true.
If you do not understand this, you SHOULD NOT be investing in stocks.
