Get Rid of Ruuf

Get Rid of Ruuf0.6mil did not ship in Q2 because of capital constraints?  What million dollar CEO can't figure out how to work with suppliers and his production people to get product made and out the door?  I hope the new lenders and shareholders come in on August 21st and make some changes at the top because the management and financial handling of this technology is taking this company down.  Almost makes me think this is part of a plan to take this company private.  I had a president in one of my companies do this, run the company into a cash flow problem, ruin the bank relationship, alienate key suppliers and then turn around to learn our president will offer to buy the company for pennies on the dollar.  Luckly we stepped in before he took it completely down.  Looks like the same situation, where the CEO is working with another financial backer to steal the company.
