Jack, first of all, I didn't even see what that poster had written because I had him on ignore. I had to sign out just to read what was in the original post. He was merely pointing out a positive development, and you shoot it down because Spectra7's stock price is low?
You are making an amateur's mistake. A company's stock price does not correlate with intrinsic value in the short term. Only over the long term. The fact that Spectra7's stock price is at 0.02 does not detract in any way from the positive news in that report.
Maybe I should take that poster off of ignore and put you on ignore instead...
