88 design-ins...zero contracts.
virtually no revenue (500k), unfortunately expenses outperformed revenue...again. On the brightside, outstanding share count have once again vaulted to record levels. All things considered, the anticipated 100-1 RS should put the company in a position to reset the cycle which now is a well oiled machine. Tick, tick, tick S7

Come on man, you are lost, " they have not shown a way to sell it", have you been under a rock. COVID and Chip shortages, what did you miss. They have orders out the a$$, they are backlogged at record levels. Sells will come!! They have to make the product to sell it.

So, King Tuckfard99 he and he alone can quantify and calibrate what is truthful and what is just Stockhouse bull$hite. Hmm... The Tuckfard99" has spoken..." I know this to be true ". S7

Have you never heard of nondisclosure agreements? This is why I am questioning your knowledge of the dynamics of these DEALS. Spectra7 has MANY NDA's currently in place, with Sony, AT&T, Amazon, Etc. They CANNOT announce even material news of its under NDA.

Chucklehead. Count your blessings that you have only endured this rinse and repeat story since 2019. Many, self included, 2015-16. Hope you can get to a postion for any opportunity of breaking even. R/S @ anything above 10-1 will sink most for good. Tax loss selling gives some relief. Cheers S7

Spectra, Oh, how I wish that were true. I bought my first shares in 2016 as well. I was able to average down to an 11 cent average using pot stock profit, but it sure hurts when I think about it. I refuse to buy more to lower the average further. Another problem is these are in my Canadian TFSA. Can't claim losses in that. -Chucklehead

Chucklehead...there is the option of transferring your holdings OUT of your TFSA...but check and confirm with your accountant. As you point out, the prospect of acute sp appreciation in the near future ( 12-36 months) is almost nil. Good to have a fall back plan. If the company fails, your options become zero!!!...from a tax perspective. Cheers S7.
