88 design-ins...zero contracts.

virtually no revenue (500k), unfortunately expenses outperformed revenue...again. On the brightside, outstanding share count have once again vaulted to record levels. All things considered, the anticipated 100-1 RS should put the company in a position to reset the cycle which now is a well oiled machine. Tick, tick, tick S7

Everyone is holding onto another brightside.... profibility in the 2nd half of this year. I wonder how many have done the math to realize that they only need just over $500,000 to be profitible? That will definitely not move the share price and the RS will just see it drop even more. I do not see a 50% drop and quick correction like some people do.  I do believe they have a great product ...more

Come on man, you are lost, " they have not shown a way to sell it", have you been under a rock. COVID and Chip shortages, what did you miss. They have orders out the a$$, they are backlogged at record levels. Sells will come!! They have to make the product to sell it.
Comment by Chucklehead on Jun 01, 2021 2:40pm
I stand by my statement. Sure, they have record orders and backlogs, but what good is that if they can't get their stuff to market? I've mentioned before that I work at Molex in industrial automation so am well aware of the chip shortages. This isn't the first time it's happened and won't be the last. Companies have to pivot and do things differently to account for it. Spectra7 ...more

Chucklehead, you are either not awars of your own industry dynamics, or you are being outright dishonest! I will explain why I say this... You wrote: "Go back to Q2 of 2019. They mention working capital is constraining them - "Revenue was lighter than expected as constrained working capital impacted product supply." This is before the pandemic! Two years ago! They still haven' ...more

So, King Tuckfard99 he and he alone can quantify and calibrate what is truthful and what is just Stockhouse bull$hite. Hmm... The Tuckfard99" has spoken..." I know this to be true ". S7

Tradersam, I'm not sure you fully understood my point of view, but you are proving my point by what you are saying. Do I believe they have good products? Yes. This is why I bought the shares. Do I believe they have record backlog? Yes. Do I believe that COVID increased demand? Yes. Do I believe they made good decisions? No. Do I believe that they made good deals? No. In Q2, 2019, they ...more

Chucklehead, those are the most realistic responses I've seen here in a while. Sam, take you meds ffs.

Chucklehead, I'm not attacking anyone. I'm replying to words you wrote. If you're so sensitive that having someone with the audacity to actually reply back to you makes you nervous or defensive, that is your choice, not mine. Also, it never ceases to amuse me when people here post that they work for this or that company, and they criticize how this company's management does thing, ...more

Tuckfard99, ...What is most amazing, is the fact you continuously SUGGEST that Spectra7 has contracts and that you ruthlessly support this management teams business plan. All good...were is the flucking $$$ to support their and your claims!!! Business run on revenue generated by CONTRACTED and public releases. " Working deals with the biggest players"--- yet little to no revenue. Again ...more

S7, offer a better plan, or shut up. At least they (management) at have been trying to do something rather than allowing the company go bankrupt. Drop your useless bashing at last. You are not even in the game anymore, or are you? What is the point of your constant bashing posts? To get more of us on your side to satisfy your ego, so you would be proud of yourself? I don't get it, and I don ...more

Y-MAN...please stop hurting my feelings. I'm not being paid to drive the business decisions @ Spectra7. Yes, I am a shareholder, at a greatly reduce # that has proven to be very prudent. Getting people on my side...laughable, nor sure if you have noticed...I don't care if you make or lose all your $$$$. I don't need friends on an anonymous board. Ok, so I guess I should not lurk anymore then? Will that satisfy you? Be prepared to read a lot of long posts then! Yes, I know I said I wouldn't reply, but when someone questions my character, tries to discredit or misdirect, of course I will reply and defend it. You say you aren't attacking anyone, but your post above didn't debate or question any of the content I wrote. It just ...more

Have you never heard of nondisclosure agreements? This is why I am questioning your knowledge of the dynamics of these DEALS. Spectra7 has MANY NDA's currently in place, with Sony, AT&T, Amazon, Etc. They CANNOT announce even material news of its under NDA.

Chucklehead.. Finally a word of reason..not pipe dreams, pie in the sky what it's. Refreshing.

Chucklehead. Count your blessings that you have only endured this rinse and repeat story since 2019. Many, self included, 2015-16. Hope you can get to a postion for any opportunity of breaking even. R/S @ anything above 10-1 will sink most for good. Tax loss selling gives some relief. Cheers S7

Spectra, Oh, how I wish that were true. I bought my first shares in 2016 as well. I was able to average down to an 11 cent average using pot stock profit, but it sure hurts when I think about it. I refuse to buy more to lower the average further.   Another problem is these are in my Canadian TFSA. Can't claim losses in that. -Chucklehead

Chucklehead...there is the option of transferring your holdings OUT of your TFSA...but check and confirm with your accountant. As you point out, the prospect of acute sp appreciation in the near future ( 12-36 months) is almost nil. Good to have a fall back plan. If the company fails, your options become zero!!!...from a tax perspective. Cheers S7.
