Jack, I agree, and remember, the size of PP doubled ONLY because the interest level (appetite) of investors was so high, and there are NO warrants, these are BOTH good signs that this is the long awaited "inflection point", and also mamagement will be particpating in the PP for 25% another good sign  Raouf has told investors hard order 7.2 million at time of preannouncement

Just about every co. raising funds announces an initial amount and then days later increases the size. This is a lame trick by the underwriters to fake big interest in the co.

The 10x multiple is on ebitda not eps, dumbass......

then why don't you work it down to eps, and don't forget they have plenty of loss carryforwards so taxes won't be a problem, and then assign a 50x multiple dumbass, oh and don't forget to update the woefully low sales numbers, use 6 million for 2021 and 20 million for 2022, and you can skip the 2023 forward finiancials, I know we will be in disagreement on sales beyond next year
