Talking about insiders

Talking about insidersWhen there are issues of a private placement as it was last week, we must understand that to acquire, must meet several conditions. Unfortunately this is not possible for ordinary mortals.

Knowing this as executive SFF understands the challenges that the results could have a positive impact very positively on the price of their action in a short term horizon.
My reasoning is as follows:
Yes indeed some insiders have sold shares in recent days, be it the CEO or the VP Exploration, however this is not worrisome because they are eligible to purchase the new investment instruments issued last week.

And between you and me, if you are officers of a company that could have a very strong growth soon, do you give the opportunity not to buy its new private placements.

And of course to buy, you need liquidity, and to have then is a bit normal that some executives sell shares on the market, especially if demand is there, and that mainly by selling there will be no real impact of the sale because there are more buyers than sellers, particularly if you have any more big serious buyers.

See for yourself, for example, Canadian banks, look at the insider selling, and that such bank stocks continue to rise. For my part, see what is happening with SFF, very similar stocks like (LUN, GCE, WTN), where large buyers buy a significant seriously, it is important to know that these serious buyers do not want make $ 0.10 profit but will start to sell when they have been gently 2-3 $ profit or more. I meet a lot of insiders in my work.

It may be that the price of SFF can get  a little pullback, but if you invested $ 0.05 to $ 0.10 in profit at this point you may fall into the trap of experienced players. Fear of losing our money for humans or for small investors are a reality.

Experienced players know that. I can make reference to last U.S. President (GW Bush), he liked to scare (for all sorts of techniques I do not need to list) to his constituents, it's not for nothing that he was elected to two consecutive terms. (Obviously he has put his country in the ...)

Some firms daytraders are really competent at what they do. They have the experience that the small investor does not.

Beware of scams. Beware of the basher as BUSH

I'm very comfortable with my actions SFF.
