The big players...................

The big players...................

in the industry must be drooling over the good fortune this market is presenting them. Juniors like SFF are adding to their already impressive reserves that are at ridiculously low eveluations and the added Ozs. are actually driving the valuation even lower. With the severely depressed SP there is little chance that the little fish will be able to raise the required capital to move to production so the big fish can wait and let the cost of proving up the reserves be born by the juniors. As long as the venture market stays below critical mass there is little danger that the MC of the juniors will appreciate. Once things move toward normal and "in the ground" evaluations start to rise I expect the feeding frenzy to begin. Cash rich big producers need to replace depleting operations and this will be the golden opportunity. It may present the juniors, who play it right, with a chance to get a meaningful pay off or maybe partner up and see their projects through. Interesting to watch even if it is frusterating to wait through this disfunctional period in the market cycle. GLTA
