Not sure how I feel about raising 3,000,000 more dollars. Did they blow throw their 18 million already because that would be rediculous.

Don't get too excited with the new COE comes a lot more delution and less value for the company. Time will tell how much this will affect the current price.

10 million more shares for 0,3$,------so what!!!!not 146 but 156 Million shares outstanding, in my opinion they made a great deal, the big boys got some cheap shares and now the newsflow can start!!!!!only in my point of view!!!

they just let down the stockprice without news and now the big boys can have some more cheap shares- thats itbut now they can start, improving the share price!!!
