Seems like someone is buying as much as they can? Is this a take out plan or is this before news? Who thinks they know the answer as this is a lot of volume and price being kept down.

Looks like NB has been buying most of the shares that have gone thru. Now what did the previous days numbers look like and by NB? Guess that is the question are they buying for insiders or buying for some other company for possible news or buy out? All guesses on my!!
