Drill Results

Honestly, for me it's hard to believe that they are waiting for the last hole. To me it sounds a bit like they want to buy time.  I think they are either dealing with logistics issues as Empire82 mentioned or there's another problem.

I doubt that they will announce it today, so we are forced to wait till next week.

When I listened to the webcast I really was confident that the new management will make a difference. I'm not saying they won't but I have lost a bit of my confidence.

I don't know how other people think about this, but for me it is essential that they keep their deadlines as I already mentioned in one of my previous comments. Especially a new MM.

When the CIBC representative asked (at approx. minute 33:53 of the webcast) Mr. Lopez confirmed to have Dosquebradas' results available within two weeks. And here I have to say, if you are not sure, don't give a specific date.

The longs get hurt here. And it could have been avoided by just telling that they have no exact date yet, but it will be announced within the next two months or so.

It is my opinion that management were waiting to finalize the new land acquisition before releasing the latest round of drill results.

And I'm perfectly ok with that.  But what they shouldn't do is to set a specific time goal they can't observe.

Folks calm down, thats wasn´t  "two weeks", it was "few weeks"

@pharmacist78: I have to disagree on this one. As I already told you on wallstreet-online.de, the CIBC representative asked again at minute 33:53 about when to except the drill results. He specifically mentioned two weeks in his question. And Mr. Lopez responded with: "That's right we will have the results of the drilling on the Dosquebradas project" Here's the link: June ...more

You are correct. Mr Lopez did agree that the results would be out in two weeks. This was a direct result of the question to him. I think he may have answered it in his own mind as meaning in a few weeks. I listened to the webcast live and listened to it again today. I was going to ask a question but I was waiting for someone else to ask first. Next time I won't be so shy. Frankly I don't ...more

Running out of pateince.....if nothing happens soon I need to move on.
Comment by Empire82 on Jul 18, 2011 8:52pm
Every time I have  "Run out of Patience" and "moved on", the stock took off right after. Last summer I was holding CUU at 28 cents, got bored with it trading sideways for what seemed like forever and sold out and had to buy back in at higher prices. Im not saying that this story is simliar to CUU  in any way but I just feel like from a trading perspective I need to ...more

Hey Empire,I think by the amount of hits on this board most are waiting in the wings. I know quite a few still holding significant positions myself included. Whats left to say? all that know the story know the potential that hopefully awaits. It's time for the drills to do the talking I suppose. And that patience thing, I know it all to well! Funny thing, as soon as I decided to just pick ...more
