I don't want to read to much into it now, but let's speculate.
 

I don't like the management fluctuation. I said this several times. It sure looks strange. Hey, let's stay here for a couple of months, salary is great, then leave to another company or retire. Changing position within the company, staying on the board, hey, yeah, because the salary is great.

Shareholder value. Cannot see it.

There is no more SH value here. Our only hope is that someone come along a buys this thing at a reasonable price. I continue to hold only because I consider this a lottery ticket now - might payoff but highly unlikely - and it's not worth much to anyone else for the same reason.
