Probably irresponsible (and illegal) naked shorting. Stock goes up they sell, stock goes down they sell. Little guy can't win against that kind of stacked deck.  HFT is only a joke compared to naked shorting and the havoc it wreaks.  Just look at BML's pending lawsuit; they're on the right track.
