Why is management at Sunridge Gold taking their sweet time?
In my opinion they need to initiate a new private placement offering in order to raise more funds before the stock price drifts lower. They made this same mistake last time.
Based on this news article things are going to get really ugly on the TSX Venture Exchange in the coming months. Peter Grandich did a great job at giving the SGC stock price a temporary boost but management needs to capitalize and raise some funds soon. Supposedly this is the reason they obtained his services.
