The Company’s 268 square kilometers (km2) Stewart Lake Project (SLP) is a lithium property located in the English River Subprovince in an area. The Company’s 194 km2 Red Lake Extension (RLX) and New Frontier projects are located at the northwestern extension of the prolific Red Lake Camp in Ontario and approximately 45 km from the Red Lake Mine Complex. The Red Lake Extension Project consisting of approximately 10 claims (164 units, 3300 hectares (ha)) located in the northern part of the Red Lake Gold District. Its 322 km2 Atikokan Gold Project is approximately 23 km from the Hammond Reef Gold Project owned by Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. The Company’s Qaiqtuq Gold Project, which covers approximately 886 km2 with certain other rights covering an adjacent 683 km2, hosts a 10 km2 high grade gold boulder field.

RE:low price If you read the news release it says what you need to know. SRBM is buying SGC  AMSC asset for 65 million in cash  they are not buying the company out, but just an assset.So since this asset is bascily all the company has. They will let the share holder vote on what to do with the money. Read the post closing off the press release it say they expect to distribute the available cash. That is uncertainty and markets don't like uncertainty for all we now they could use  that cash and buy some moose pasture.Also the money is not in the bank yet the deal could still fall throw. What will realy get this intresting is when nevsun trumps the bid.
