This guy knows what he’s talking about The Realist on the CEO Forum really knows his stuff. He basically has said exactly what I have been trying to convey in my prior posts. And exactly what I was saying about comparing NFG/GBR to SGD. totally different gold systems so it isn't great comparisons but whatever. Those discoveries are what gets the highlights. It is possible that SGD eventually gets bought out for a valuation north of $2 billion. Yes that's correct. If they really do prove up more than 20 million ounces it should be worth north of $2 billion to a major gold company.
@The_Realist @goldfingerman I could take a while to explain it but it really comes down to discovery cost per ounce. Valley discovery cost per ounce is/will be magnitudes cheaper than Jupiter (due to the deposit type: reduced intrusion gold at valley vs orogenic gold at Jupiter). Focusing on valley is the best path to increasing the value of the company for the time being. Eventually there will be a time and place for Jupiter. Based on the ~35 holes drilled at valley and their assay results we should have very good visibility on 20+ million ounces of gold at economic grades. To define a system that big at Jupiter, if it existed, would take Osisko/gbr/nfg amounts of drilling, multiple drill seasons and cost a lot more money.
