Well I'm not too sure about that. The CEO Scott Berdahl has been very busy doing interviews and videos putting out updates on a regular basis. He has also attended several mining conferences so I don't know what else the guy can do. They will be doing more promoting over the winter months to get their story out there among the masses
Snowline is a relatively new company so perhaps not a lot of investors have heard about it. The volume was higher than normal today which is positive. There is a lot of cheap paper out there on this one that is in the money so until that gets absorbed we tread water at current levels.
I think given the poor market conditions for the gold sector the stock has performed very well. If SGD continues to get 300 meter intersections with decent grades the stock should do well as the deposit continues to grow in size. It's difficult to do as investors but patience will be key as we await further assay results.
This gold discovery is better than anything I've looked at in recent memory so eventually its ultimate valuation should be multiples of current levels. I know there is lots of discussion about guys looking for the next Snowline. In my view the next Snowline will be Snowline itself. These guys have a lot of great targets in the pipeline that are ready to be drilled. They have about $25 million in cash and have an excellent team assembled to continue making mineral discoveries in the Yukon.
I'm very impressed with what I'm seeing and hearing with this company. My game plan is to stay invested in SGD and add on any weakness when I'm able because just based on the Valley discovery this one is very undervalued. The resource at Valley will continue to grow and they have a really good chance at making more world class discoveries over the next couple of years. Owning shares in Snowline is like having the potential of several junior companies all in one. This is definitely one of the better mining juniors that I have been apart of.
