Snowline completes acquisition of Yukon properties

So Snowline has completed the acquisition of 7 more reduced intrusion related gold systems RIRGS nearby the recent Valley discovery in the Yukon. I love the fact that these guys think big and they aren't satisfied with just one multimillion ounce gold discovery. They want to find more. This company will most likely have several economical gold deposits within their portfolio of properties. Will they build one large company with several discoveries or will they spin-off assets into a couple companies? Nobody knows for sure but whatever the outcome our Snowline team are busy adding value for SGD shareholders.

So many great properties. It is a great problem to have. Snowline is like 3 gold juniors rolled into one. The world class gold discovery at Valley is worth billions of dollars. How many more similar gold deposits will SGD find? The market doesn't have any of this potential built into the share price.

@AUPop What are the chances that one or more of these 7 RIRGS targets becomes a discovery by a team that has discovered Valley? As the odds have shown to be in this business, a team with a proven track record of making a discovery has a much higher likelihood of making another one. This is why we invest in Geologist with prior success records. The market needs to begin pricing in this land acquisition. Let's go!!

The market isn't going to "price in the land acquisition(s)" until SGD delivers assay results similar to the ones at Valley. Pay for drilling cores and assaying them at one or more of these other sites, then hope for results similar to Valley. One thing I am personally not a fan of is a junior exploration-stage company staking the heck out of anything and everything in their area ...more

We are talking exploration rocks in a district scale greenfield package staked by long term local prospectors and a bit of a rockstar in prospecting Shawn Ryan, the market can see the pipeline and we just rolled more into it. Discounting until proving up is a moniker for the market conditions not the exploration upside post discovery in such a fertile land package IMO.

Personally I think you are investing in the wrong sector AlwaysLong. Go buy Fortis or some other utility company and wait for the dividends to roll in so you can sleep at night. The risk of the gold sector is a bit higher than your risk tolerance by the sounds of it and your understanding of how the exploration world operates isn't adequate for investing in early stage ...more

Oh, don't worry ,mega, I know the risks. It's just that a junior gold exploration-stage company has to meet certain criteria before I consider it a good investment. That's why I like NFG. Others like you may have less stringent or different criteria, and that's fine. To each his/her own. Here's why I like NFG: 1) Assay Results: A multitude of outstanding cores of very high ...more

I figured I would touch on a nerve with my accountant reference. Mr Sprott perhaps? I'm still a shareholder and big believer in NFG but I have lowered my expectations short term. That property will do fine once it goes into production. It will most likely be owned by someone else at that time. Agnico perhaps? Unfortunately the buyout price probably won't be as much as ...more
