Note the 21% of institutional shareholders who agreed to

vote 'yes' agreed to do so, irrevocably, in writing, by Feb 22nd*.  Thus, if the events that have occured since would have changed their minds, they are unable to say so.

Note there have been no additions announced to the (tiny) institutional support since February. The ONLY such announcement has been the #2 shareholder, Greywolf Capital, announcing they'll be voting NO.

Greywolf has $4 billion in assets under management (they could set Superior back on it's feet with pocket change), and specializes in turning around distressed assets.

*The signed documents are on Sedar; search for "Superior Gold".
