CYL already in court, unable to pay Henty's bills...

Anyone willing to take CYL shares has their head up their colon, IMO.

Run away.

I'm not the one who's holding stock in a company that's been dragged into court for not paying it's bills.  Maybe it's YOU who should know something about it?  LMAO

And as mentioned on that same thread, after speaking with the company, and one other holder receiving a letter regarding this notification, both the company and the auditors advise that it is immaterial.  But I guess you can't let a good story be led by the truth can you PC.  You are really clutching at straws, why not do some research instead of just constantly repeating the ...more

CYL told you it was nothing to worry about?  Well I guess that settles it (SARC).

Again: name ANY othe rAussie miner that's had a winding-up order applied for against it?
Comment by DANNY2503 on Jun 18, 2023 7:25am
I guess you can look at it the other way as well,  the Auditors and ASIC also believe it's immaterial. So the only one who thinks it's an issue is You, even though you don't have a clue what it's about.  You would think someone with your self proclaimed investment knowledge would actually do some DD to not look like an idiot whenever you open your mouth as you ...more

@Danny: Who told you that ASIC believed the winding-up order applied for, because Henty isn't able to pay it's bills, was immaterial? https://publishednotices.asic.gov.au/browsesearch-notices/notice-details/Henty-Gold-Pty-Ltd-008764412/aa982fa0-c20a-4844-b540-a0fb3af01949

Again someone with your self proclaimed knowledge would realise that the ASX through ASIC and the auditors would have made CYL release an announcement regarding this.  'The ASX is not as lax as what the TSX is when it comes to questioning things of a financial nature that is material. If the auditors that constantly go through the dealings of ASX companies don't believe it to be ...more

Earth to DANNY:   READ THIS>>> The Asic DID release an announcement regarding this.  <<  READ THIS Hello?  I've only posted the link to it twice, in this thread. Do you have a attention deficit disorder?
Comment by DANNY2503 on Jun 20, 2023 11:20pm
Obviously you are the one with the attention deficit order.  ASIC would have notified the ASX for an announcement to be made by CYL if they regarded the situation as material, which obviously is the reason their has not been.  Start reading what is important not what you want to believe.  Just Vote No mate, and let me watch SGI fall to bits when the administrators take over. So ASIC, the regulatory agency for the Australian stock market, notified the markets that a winding-up order had been applied for, because.....? Does your post make sense, even to you?
Comment by DANNY2503 on Jun 21, 2023 2:42pm
Makes perfect sense if you actually understand how to read it.  ''But then I've realised you have struggled with that.
Comment by PulpCutter on Jun 21, 2023 3:25pm
You still haven't answered why ASIC, who's responsible for regulating Australia's stock market, felt the announcement needed to be made public, while CYL did not. Maybe you mean we all should stick our heads in the sand, like you do?

@DANNY You're up at 3AM, Sydney time, posting here.  Suggestion: You can avoid losing 80% of your money, like you have on Catalyst, by doing more READING and RESEARCH, and less inane pumping.   (Probably as useful as handing a donkey a primer on computational genomics, but it's worth a try.)
Comment by DANNY2503 on Jun 22, 2023 2:35am
See that's were you have no idea how it all works in Australia as you don't do any research as your past comments have shown.  Is it a crime to be an early riser? Lol.  80% of my money really. Lol. You again have no idea, and again with your head up your colon as you say.  Let's just hope this No vote wins, even though it doesn't look like it will and we will ...more
