Wateron /Hawley / ? I would agree with Belgie on the Waterton connection. It appears as though they want to be in the Gold space but based on their previous investments they have no idea what to look for and who to invest in. However, they do have an uncanny ability to structure deals in their favour and usually end up with the properties. I think they know what they are doing and have found a way to make sure they do not lose.
Do they target weak mngt with decent properties - hoping they succeed but happy to take the property if the target company makes one wrong move. This is where Scorpio and Hawley come in to the picture. They are going to use Hawley as the fix it man and hopefully grow the company into a mid tier Nevada producer.
Lets hope Scorpio does not turn into just another scoop job by Waterton .... fortunately SGN has little debt after paying off Waterton... now they are going to add more debt payable to Waterton.... this gives me great pause for concern.
