Shareholders are rightfully weary of predators given what has transpired with so many other Nevada gold juniors of late. Unless a fair deal can be signed leave the gold in the ground is what I say and I think many othet large holders share the same sentiment. What rubs me the wrong way is that mgmt would even attempt to sell a lopsided deal to shareholders. We aren't stupid. So what is the real motive? Makes you wonder is all.
