VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 31, 2022 / Scorpio Gold Corporation ("Scorpio Gold" or the "Company") (TSXV:SGN) announces that effective May 31, 2022, Dan O'Brien and Doris Meyer have stepped down as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, respectively.

The Board thanks Mr. O'Brien and Ms. Meyer for their contributions to the Company over their tenure.

The Board is conducting a search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Very difficult to accumulate shares in this one post the share structure cleanup & clear out of weak hands. They have some money to keep drilling now which is good. I dont care if retail doesnt buy it over the market. The volume is a joke like Stockman says. But an m&a transaction will secure the true value when it comes time providing a good run up before a deal & then ride the newco
