A question to the wise re: est cap ex to get the mine up...and running.  This is all important as it will of course be dillutive. Needless to say this is a bargin at these levels, but the intrinsic value per share is hard to know when one doesn't know the number of outstanding shares the will be around once they have raised the capital to bring the mine online. 
Talk of raising the proceeds through the excercise of warrants priced at 30 cents worried me when the ceo talked about it, as that is of course won't happen--and is a strike against managements credibilty.
-Like I said further dilution is fine as funds have to be raised, The extent of the dillution is the question that needs to be answered.
