Yesterday, Sonoro Gold ($SGO.v $SMOFF) announced a non-brokered private placement offering for $2,025,000! The net proceeds will be used to fund the ongoing development of a proposed heap leach mining operation at $SGO's Cerro Caliche Project in Sonora Mexico.

This news follows additional assay results from Cerro Caliche which demonstrate promising resource e growth potential near surface and at depth, as well as the continued expansion of mineralized gold zones outside of the resource estimate for the initial PEA.
