Gold strong as SGO heads into mining at Cerro Caliche.
As geopolitical uncertainty continues to quietly support gold prices, Sonor Gold is working toward production at the Cerro Caliche Gold Mine.
Sonoro closed its oversubscribed private financing for $3 million dollars last month, so it is cashed up and ready to get operations rolling. The company is working on the development of a heap leach mining operation at Cerro.
It will be interesting to watch for updates from Sonoro if gold continues to stay strong amidst global uncertainty. Updates on the proposed mine could be a strong catalyst if provided at the right time.
SGO.v is currently trading at $.13, valued at $18.11 million.
