Management of a bank or an explorer?
The new management seems to have tons of experiences with finances, law, captial market......but who of them is an explorer, geologist, etc. ? So, again, what is going on here? what is the intention of so many specialists in captital market to do with SHI? This management does not look like to be interested in drilling.....to me this looks like SHI shall be sold by and by, piece ofr piece.

Mr. Sinclair is a former securities lawyer who advised public company clients in the mineral exploration sector for over 25 years and who most recently has been a management member of neighboring GWR Resources and several other public companies. As Executive Vice President of Sunrise, Mr. Sinclair's focus is to assist the CEO and President and to liaise with the company's legal counsel.
Lars Glimhagen
Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Glimhagen has over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance, including being the Senior Accountant at BC Rapid Transit, the former operating company of the SkyTrain Rapid Transit system in the Lower Mainland. He is also the founder of LNG Management Services Ltd., a certified consulting and software provider for Adagio Accounting software, developed by Softrak Systems Inc. Mr. Glimhagen has been the CFO of several public companies. As CFO of Sunrise, Mr. Glimhagen's focus is on financial planning and all other financial aspects of the company.
Steven Simonyi-Gindele
Position: Director
Mr. Simonyi-Gindele has over 25 years of experience in the capital markets and has held management positions in both private and public companies.
