The Shamrock Property consists of 40 unpatented load claims, accessible by paved road, covering 758 acres and located 20 miles northwest of Medford, Oregon. It also owns a 70% interest in the Great Burnt and South Pond copper and gold properties.

I have only begun the process of evaluating this play. Could someone please provide a time frame as to when and under what conditions are the CNC shares to be released? I see that some are being distributed to existing shareholders (those holding SHL shares as of July 6th) at the end of August. What about the other 10 million? When are they free trading for SHL?
