SHL have 8 millions shares of cnc.v at 3.95$,  the price of the stock should be at 0.30$

Actually this company has way more going for it than just CNC shares. It ialso has 10,000,000 shares of NOB. In addition you are assuming at 30 cents that the rest of their assets are worthless.
