CNC.v $10M Financing...

CNC.v raising $10 M at $4.10 via flow-through bought deal. Reasonable to say SHLs 8.1 million CNC.v shares worth $33 million alone. Why is SHL.v trading at such a discount?

yes, at yesterday's CNC closing price, 0.17$ per SHL share. Just a matter of time until someone falls out of bed and figures it out...
