Eric Srpott has invested via sizeable participation in recent private placements in almost every junior exploration company in Newfoundland.  Would be nice if Spruce Ridge was next!  Maybe that would finally get some attention here.  Either that or a firm interested in a near 10% stake in CNC.v which would take some time and a cost a premium to acquire.  Theoritically a major could take out NOB.v anf SHL.v and have an enormous stake in CNC.v for likely a small premium over current CNC.v market price as both companies currently trading at a discount to CNC.v holdings.

Sprott would likely not be interested in SHL.V It's a unique story but the very little blue sky potential Nice little copper mine is possible at great burnt but south pond will likely yield little gold given historical results Hard to lose money here with it's shares in CNC but very hard to make much apart from that Sprott likes those pure exploration plays with huge upside 10X min but ...more
