Ridiculous.....
What kind of company reverses course like this?
We all took them at their word and now they postone dividends?
No wonder they didn't appear in our trading accounts.
Now the SP suffers and we don't get the dividends....
Management should resign

Upsetting? yes Sinister? no Viewed coldly, the company has this morning 7.5M$ more assets than if it had distributed the CNC shares on the 28th. There is so much intertwining between CNC, SHL and NOB that it goes to reason that SHL has unnofficial info about CNC which entices them into this unorthodox move. Let's wait for their explanation.

Regardless of how/what you feel about SHL, this is a "Tom & Jerry" move, and exposes management's ineptness. Cheers
