The Cleopatra Property consists of over 139 lode mining claims covering a total area of 1,162 hectares (ha). The Red Flat Nickel Property consists of 84 lode mining claims covering an area of over 815 ha. It also has various mining claims at Eight Dollar Mountain, located in southwest Oregon.

The 3.6 million CNC shares have had a nice increase in valuation to about half the market cap of SHL
