RE:ES Overhang In the money wts to the tune of 3 million+ Maybe cross out enough shares to take up the wts.... Sell half and keep half at no cost to him..... Still puts $3,500,000 in the till for SIC and ES still holds a lot more paper.

It is very seldom brokers dont follow the TSX request and end up with a premium buy in.
