RE:RE:$$% ;Yes 2 % is  100%  over the  JV,s we  have  optioned off for 100%  ownership .SIC is  not the  Gov  of  Newfoundland  trying to  advance exploration... I think  we  should  retain  some  ownership in JV,s to add  tangible  value as  a resource is defined.... JMHO

Crippleback Lake gold property, subject to a 1-per-cent net smelter return royalty, by issuing a total of 1.25 million shares of the company to Sokoman as well as cash and work commitments totalling $600,000 over a four-year period.

Canterra can acquire 100 per cent of East Alder by issuing a total of 750,000 common shares of Canterra and work commitments totalling $600,000 over a four-year period. Sokoman will retain a 1-per-cent net smelter return royalty on East Alder, with Canterra having the right to buy down 0.5 per cent of the royalty for $1-million.
