In my experience I have seen a spinout to a new company at some point with a concurrent PP to new investors (who do so in the lithium space). I do not believe SIC should neccessarily co-mingle a lithium play with their gold properties as you have two classes of investors typically. I love they fell butt backwards into this, however the Company has to keep focus on Moosehead and their other gold projects. The above yellow highlight means they need to consider the best way to proceed. Bottom line this is all good news for SIC investors.

Hey B.C. The discovery of the rare earth metals such as tantalum is a huge discovery. These types of metals are a priority of the U.S. government and Canada. That being said, I get what you're saying about maintaining focus on the gold discovery but there is likely a lot of political support for this new discovery and what it potentially represents.
Hi Minray,
You are right. I overlooked the rare earth metals which in the PR are very significant and this appears to be more than just some lithium find (as good as they would be). I am not opposed to keeping this property by any means. This property can also be highlighted and used next year along with the gold properties in a large PP raise. A spinout could be further down the road if there is a successful phase 1 drilling program ect. Getting back to your points, looking forward to Tim's next podcast so he can shed more light on the rare earth minerals angle.
