What exactly is your point Always long?
........what is your purpose here?
.Are you in fact short this stock?
Best longs, know what you have before letting someone talk you into selling.

1) My points:

- Tim Froude is wise to exercise all the options and warrants he can given how much in-the-money they are.

- Like Hedge99 states in his post, if a CEO also purchases shares on the open market at current market prices, it instills others in the investment community with greater confidence that the shares are currently undervalued, and they are thus more likely to buy into the name at current prices or higher. Further, SIC has been trading at under 0.40 per share for almost all of the past 9 months now and under 0.30 for the majority of the past six weeks, so Froude buying say 10,000 shares on the open market two or three times over the past 9 months would've only cost him $3,000 - $4,000 per purchase, and if he believes SIC is a great bargain at 0.30 and 0.40, even better. The fact that he hasn't purchased any at market prices since 2020 tells me he is content to buy SIC shares by exercising his options and warrants, but not at market prices. This is fine - it's his money. Just saying he personally hasn't gone that far.

2) I am here because, though I am an NFG-only fan, I like to check out the BBs of other Newfoundland gold plays out of sheer curiosity and will post occasionally.  No offense, but if you are secure and confident in the future share price of SIC, you wouidn't be so sensitive and defensive when people post facts you may not like. I welcome your rational counter-arguments, but complaining about posts that contain information you don't like and/or making unfounded accusations demonstrates insecurity in my view.

3) I only go long stocks. I never have and never will short (my alias should've given you a clue with regard to that issue).

4) I am not trying to talk anyone into buying or selling, Just posting information and comments about SIC. This BB is not reserved for bullish compliments only, though that's what you seem to be implying in your post.
