Some junior gold explorers are not even close to their 52-W lows (SGD, NFG, IAU, GOT). Those that are are there for a reason (SIC, KNC, NFLD, ROX).
 
800k shares = $80,000 market value at 0.10 per share. Not a huge sum of money for a wealthy investor if in fact the Swiss person happens to be one.

Not picking on SIC, just questioning the comments.
