Wonder how many share consolidation PLL had. How about financial statements, cant find anything.

• 1.Pay attention to the small print  eg.  Rights of first refusal.  Where is their  financial filings.  PLL my uneducated guess in only a kind a shell company .How many share consolations did PLL have ?  This deal smells. Mr. Market it seams knows it too. TIm must be very proud of himself... yet another attempt to show he is doing his job ...NOT
