Difficult to say.  I believe the $100million short form prospectus by NFG is very bullish for SIC.  I've been wrong before, but I think SIC may make a good move today.  A couple hours will tell the story. GLTA

I applaud your enthusiasm kumutwist, your are ignoring the recent announced placement of a potential 37 million shares being added to bring the share count to roughly 180 million! This additional share count causes dilution to the tune of 26% which is significant, so I see two forces at play here the revaluation of share price by 26% roughly equals 32 cents and also in play is the speculation that
