Be sure the answer will be yes

The default answer is  yes  if you dont  vote. Agree with  mng recomendations.  JMHO

Gee as I understand it the default answer is neutral. If you don't vote it just gives more power to those that do vote. Am I wrong? IKE

Re IKE post I interpret this  as  if you dont  vote.... You are  "For"  Maybe Im not  reading that correctly,  or  maybe  I am... Choose for yourself. Red at the  bottom of this  post Approval Requirements Shareholders will be asked to approve by “disinterested vote” the potential creation of Eric Sprott as a Control Person. This ...more

Here's some food for thought. ES can be good for Sokoman but he can influence decisions that may be beneficial or detrimental to other minority shareholders. You have to decide if his power can have benefit for all.  A controlling interest is when a shareholder holds a majority of a company's voting stock. A shareholder does not have to have majority ownership in a ...more

This is Newcrest all over again. Buy a bunch of shares and let NFG just come in and but them out and get a premium for your shares and then they get the benefits of the vast resources below an invariatable treasure or jewelry box of you will IMHO Gee do you think I sound cynical? On NFG board someone keeps saying NFG has no interest in SIC. Don't kid yourself ....they are watching. IKE

One other thought is the 19% plus a bit he owns now, is it more than management owns in total? If he does own more than management then a bit more would not seem important unless management want to increase their stake to obtain a majority.

I agree winr, At this point, we are swimming in float......Any future financing/s must be done at pricing that maximizes shareholder values. I'm not sure Eric Sprot can be impartial in this regard. If he can truly remain impartial and at the same time leave exploration decisions to our geologists, (who have done a stellar job to this point), I see no reason not to support .  ES is a ...more

Serious question. Would anybody sell right now to NFG for 1.00 per share???

Better swimming in float than sinking in float, LOL. ...and NO!  No sell at a dollar...Maybe sell some at Two dollars.

Turr, I think we may see 2 sooner than later. Sometimes it's awfully easy to violate rule #1, sell half at double ;) Best S

Just added more shares this Am. Feeling very comfortable here as much of our risk has been drilled out. The market is still staring at SIC in disbelief, but the drill results thus far don't lie. Here's a toast to our geologists who keep making the right decisions. When the markets start to fully realize just what we have, hold on to your hats, and shares. Best S
