Flat???

With some decent new today why did we stay flat all day
no real move at all up or down. What gives?

This news is not what the market expected so it became a headscratcher. We have to wait a week for a full explanation so market says why? The market will digest it and it will be off. The market also saw a new controlling shareholder get the okdoke but not a welcoming statement after the vote (just a little reassurance by the management they are fine with this) so often done. IKE The chart (SIC) looks like it is ready for another bump up.... Anouncment of drilling resuming is what the market is left with. All the other issues are resolved.
