I think the gold price decline will be shortlived as treasuries and bonds are not a reliable investment in the long run and here's why. Unlike your savings, chequing, mortgage, or high interest bank accounts which use compound interest, bonds and treasuries use simple interest which will harm you during times of hyperinflation. It was expected gold to retreat, it had nice run up, and dont forget it was predicted that price will go up in second half of this year, this is healthy pull back and price is still high, miners have really nice margins, as for SIC, this should be high grade property and grade is king, price of gold isnt important for SIC, but drill results are, hold on and dont let short term swings impact on you

SIC getting hammered the most in NL gold sector this morning . Guess drill results are needed soon to stem the tide Get those  results out there Tim .Don't sit on them !!

I'm guessing Tim is waiting for enough drill results to report on perhaps 6 holes. If he has only one or two I agree to wait for a multiple hole report which will have much better impact on the SP.
